My cruise to the Bahamas on Carnival Fantasy was wonderful with one exception, the manager of the casino. He was a very tall thin man about 6ft 5, with a condescending arrogant attitude towards me. Everyone else on this cruise ship was very warm, welcoming and friendly. Carnival's main goal was to totally take care of everyone's family so we could actually go play and have a good time. They took care of our every need. I was impressed with the constant cleaning done by the staff. The food was wonderful and the ice cream machine was used by everyone, it just topped everything off. I did however feel some people were inconsiderate of others in the pool area. There were many lounge chairs to use. Many people put towels on their chairs and never came back to lounge in the chair. Over all it was a wonderful value for the money. We did not book our excursions through the cruise line. We booked Swimming with Dolphins in Atlantis, Nassau going directly to their web sight and Snorkeling with Pat & Diane's Company Freeport. We saved about $500 doing this. For those first timers this can be daunting. It's the fear of getting left by the cruise ship at the end of the day. When you debark in a port the company you booked with have transportation right in front of you waiting. They take you to and from the excursion. Transportation back to the ship from the excursion runs every 30 minutes on the hour. Just plan your return time accordingly. Honestly, just sit back and enjoy yourself. Let Carnival and their staff take care of your every need. Carnival Cruise Fantasy is wonderful. I am planning another cruise nest spring with Carnival Cruise Fantasy.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 6C

Very clean and a lot more room than I thought. The bed was very comfortable and the air condition worked according to my preference. The window view was wonderful, we could see other cruise ships traveling close by in the night. Excellent Cabin. Joseph our attendant was like part of the family. He was very kind and very attentive. Joseph was a true people person.
