Sail Date: Jul 2015

Traveled with children

We travelled the first week of the school summer holidays, if you don't like kids don't travel in the school holidays!! There were a lot of teens on board but they were no trouble and all polite and well behaved, so what, they may have been noisey at times but they're on HOLIDAY.

We had a mini suite on deck 9 it was lovely and clean our only probelm was the sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on, seriously it should have been chucked in a skip years ago, how Princess could expect a paying a guest to sleep on it at all let alone a fortnight was beyond belief, we asked for an extra matress which we got , not perfect but better. Our cabin steward was really nice and helpful. I would recommend a balcony mini suite plenty of room for three with plenty of wardrobe space.

The food was amazing always hot always well presented, we had anytime dining which worked well for us, yes we had a long wait some nights but it was always worth it. The buffet was very good but I really didn't like the being handed your plate and cutlery, set up, all very school canteen but we always got a table with no problem and enjoyed the selection.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

Lovely cabin quite big, plenty of storage space, bed comfortable. Sofa bed appalling, ask for a matress topper or extra matress.
