It was my first trip on a river cruise and on a Viking Ship. It was AMAZING. The food was excellent, the service great and the room and veranda wonderful. The cruise director could not have done a better job. The excursions were very interesting and handled extremely well and very organized.
I was so impressed with the little shots of juice when we boarded the ship after an excursion and the hot towels refreshing. It felt as if their concern was directed at me as if I were the only passenger on the ship.
The activities on board the ship after dinner were very enjoyable and different.
Cabin Review
Veranda Stateroom
As I said above, the cabin was great. I just loved the veranda. I could go out there and watch as we went through the locks. That was my first experience with locks. There was plenty of room and the bed was very comfortable.
