We sailed the four rivers of Europe from Amsterdam to Budapest. The newly christened ship was gorgeous and the staff was fantastic. Kane, the cruise director was phenomenal with a wealth of information and extremely hospitable. We had a balcony cabin which was worth the money and provided us days of beautiful scenic viewing. The food was superb and the wait staff was spectacular. We can't say enough about this journey. There was a complication of the Mein River was low as it has been that way for a few weeks so they bused us from Nuremberg to Passau - a 2 1/2 hour trip. We boarded the sister ship Gefjon and had the same cabin. Kane stayed with us and the cre was equally as good. Because of the complication Viking provided us with a free concert in Vienna - Mozart and Strauss. Just spectacular. Stops were great to include Melk, Kinderdjik, Cologne, Miktenberg etc. Viking has 35 ships and 250 buses so they are well prepared for low water levels and provided excellent tours in each stop with wonderful guides. Cabins are equipped with American and European electrical outlets.
Very adequate for its size but not much time spent in cabin. Bathroom decent size with shower. Large screen tv and lots of drawer space. Twins bed pushed together to make king size bed.
