We couldn't fault the service, food and rooms. Tours were done well with experienced guides and usually less than 22 people per guide. The lack of internet for the trip from Bucharest to Amsterdam was unacceptable. While a "fix" was attempted in Vienna it was far from satisfactory and frequently failed. If Uniworld wants to be a top echelon company they need to put the money into their internet. This was not unique to our ship. the same complaint was being expressed by people on the river Empress and the SS Antoinette.
The cruise director was not able to think "out of the box" to provide worthwhile solutions. He got us to what were supposed to see but arriving in a city after the shops and attractions are closed because we were driving around the city shows a lack of project management skills. One time would be a mistake but when it happened more than once it indicates a flaw in his abilities.
Well designed but two people cant pass around the bed or if one of the closet doors is open the aisle is closed.
