We went on the sister ship a few years ago The Jewel of the Sea and it was beautiful ship as is the Brilliance, so we thought we would try them again. We liked the ship and the buffet setup better than most other ships as they have individual stations for each type of food, avoiding long lines and getting to the end of the line and deciding you should have waited for another selection.
Their web site we used to book the cruise and get boarding passes, etc. was also horrible and was hard to maneuver, even for me a retired computer engineer.
The initial required safety muster station drill, was ridiculous. They did not tell us it was outside and it was freezing. We stood there for about 45 minutes freezing under the life boats and the echo was so bad we could not understand a word.
Small, and our luggage did not even fit under the bed, like on other cruise ships. We kept it on the couch.
The boarding experience was mixed. Having done most paperwork and boarding pass on line, we were checked in quickly. Unfortunately we then stood in a line boarding the ship for almost an hour.
