Our needs were well attended to and the meals were lavish! The views from the ship were spectacular!!! The shore excursions were superb--especially enjoyed the small towns and Black Forest. The Mercedes Benz tour was incredible with all the robotics. Our crew was most pleasant. We enjoyed our visit to see the ship's operation and were delighted to see the Caterpillar engines since Cat headquarters are close to where we live. Would highly recommended this tour down the Rhine. The Hlin was practically brand new with all the latest gadgets and electronics. The computer area let us keep up with news back home. We sprung for the veranda but since there is so much room on the ship it really isn't needed although we enjoyed sitting outside each day.
