We (mom and I) were a little concerned after being delayed for boarding by a norovirus issue. We arrived at the dock shortly after 2pm and had champagne in hand at 2:47! The beverage package was well used as that was the first of many celebratory beverages.
We had stayed in Barcelona a few nights to get acclimated, What a great city with the best cab drivers on the planet!
It was my first cruise and it won't be my last. The food was top notch and the staff members without exception were wonderful. We went to every show and the Jazz on the lawn concert, all were enjoyable. It was a pretty port intensive and busy trip but there is no way we would have seen the places we did with out this cruise.
Pick another. The obstruction was as expected with the tenders. The white hoist mechanisms were not very pretty and not visible from all the same price cabins. The noise from the band in the lounge (on some nights not all) made sleeping a challenge.
Aix is a beautiful town. We saw the Mediterranean from a park above the cliffs and the water color was incredible.
The water, the views, the market all amazing.
Pisa was on the bucket list and one of the best sights. I wish we had more time in Florence.
The approach and sail away should be seen. The walls of the city are postcard perfect. It was one of the hotter days on the trip.
Picturesque and charming. Windy!!!
History, history, history. The New Acropolis Museum is beautiful.
Ephesus was hot and a challenge to get around.
Amazing
Stayed on board as we had just been to Rome. I was actually really nice to just relax.
