Where do I start? Over the years I have travelled on 13 cruise ships ranging from the very high end to the more budget and everything in between and the one thing that I can say for sure is that I will never be travelling with Royal Carribean again.

Anyway to continue, suffice to say that I will not bore other readers reiterating what the previous writers, Bron and John, have stated other than to say that I am in firm agreement with all their points but would like to add a few extras of my own.

I found the Windjammer restaurant terribly overcrowded and the ultimate insult was when an announcement came over the loud speaker to virtually tell people to vacate their tables as soon as they have finished - the quality of the food and the manner to which guests were treated was more akin to a shopping centre food hall than a cruise holiday which was marketed as a 'holiday of a life-time'.
