This was our first time going to Europe and out first European river cruise. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff was absolutely friendly and professional. We enjoyed every moment of the trip, I don't believe there is anything that I would change about it. Sharon, the Program Director was amazing !!! The restaurant staff, Ronaldo, Joseph and Kyle were so attentive and so friendly, they were certain to always ensure that we had everything we needed during our meals. The port and shore excursions were absolutely amazing, our favorite tour guide was Jack who took us to the Black Forrest and Colmar excursions. Overall is a great experience and we are already planning the next one, we plan to book another trip in the next month or two.
