This was the worst trip I have ever taken. First they advertise 4 0r 5 star hotels. The one in Nice had no air conditioning in the hotel and the resturant was so hot that you were afraid to eat the food. The rooms were very hot and they turned half of the rooms power off at night. I have sleep apthnia and was unable to run my machine that night. They had no concern for us. Their representative said oh well. They did not care if we had air or power in our rooms.

second: we got on the bus to meet the ship. It had no air. My wife passed out on the bus and broke her hand and foot. Again the attendant said they could not stop and and their refrigeration system was broken. We had to wait 2 hours before we could get her ice.

When we reached the ship we told them we would like a first aid kit. They did not have one. Asked if they could call a Doctor. No we needed to set sail. Finally 5 days later they say a Doctor is coming to the ship and we must stay in our ship all day. He came at 10:00 that night. They never contacted us and said oh well.No concern. Read more
