Enchantment of the Seas Cruise: Sail date December 4-7, 2015, myself and daughter went on the cruise as a gift from my husband for our birthdays.

When you think of cruising there are a couple of things that come to mind great food, and great customer service which in both areas was a total disappointment on this cruise.

I have been on cruises before and had great experiences and not so great experiences but I would have to say this cruise was the worst to date.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Cabin was adequate size, but service from our cabin attendant was terrible. Our key didn't work several times, nor did it work for our cabin attendant. We had to wait in lines upward to 30 minutes to get sorted out 3 different times. Cabins were outdated and very stale. The attendant did not provide the correct number of towels, nor did he supply a room service door menu and we had to get from customer service. He barely spoke to us and only said hi and bye as we were coming and going. Most cruises I have been on they have been very friendly and helpful. At the end he gave us an envelope for 'WOW" service which frankly is a joke.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Our experience was very good, quick and easy to navigate through the ports and easy access to boat and parking.
