We board the Ruby in Vancouver Canada after she had been in dry dock for twelve days undergoing renovations. A beautiful ship. The first three days were Vancouver to LA and then 15 days to Hawaii for four days. The sea days were great as there so much to do and more activities than anyone could imagine.

The staff were extra polite, professional and out of the many cruise we had had with Princess and other lines this was the best, it was the christmas season and the ship was decked out beautifully. Many fun activies for both christmas and New Years.

the food was excellent, the ship was very clean and the staff seemed truly engaged in excellent customer service.we were concerned with so many sea days but they turned out be very relaxing. The crossing was fairly smooth as well.
