Our 5-day cruise on Disney Wonder was a fun experience for our entire family. This was our 2nd Disney cruise - but first on this particular ship.

Our stateroom was located on Deck 8 with a verandah (8512). Our family consisted of 5 people but we found our stateroom spacious for all of us. Everything in our cabin was in good working order and always well kept with the help of our steward, Shiv. His friendliness and warm smile didn't hesitate us to ask him for anything.

The itinerary of this ship during this time was unique as it was in transition to another itinerary. We started in San Juan, PR, visiting St. Kitts, Tortola, BVI, Day at Sea, Castaway Cay and then Miami, FL. What a great itinerary. All the ports were beautiful. The excursions we chose along the way were just enough to do some sight-seeing of the islands and having some beach fun. Day at sea unfortunately was not great. The waters were quite rough and it rained most of the day that didn't allow us to really enjoy relaxing out on the decks or pool areas. Out of all the cruises we have experienced, this was our first - oh well. And of course, Castaway Cay was the highlight of our cruise. Their beach areas were fantastic and surprisingly the food was very good. There's lots to do from beach fun to riding bikes to scout around the area. It was definitely a fun day for the entire family.
