Sail Date: Feb 2016
This was the only cruise I have ever been on. Everything was mess. We were told that we could check in at 10am, board the ship at noon, rooms at 2pm and that our luggage would be waiting for us in our rooms.
10am check in- the lady was very slow and made several remarks about how she hated her job.
Boarding the ship- it was almost 1pm before we could board the ship
