Booking agent Dorothy on RC site lied at time of booking seven months ago. Thirteen in our group. We're told would get all adjoining rooms on balcony with all partitions open for us. WRONG. Not allowed. Maid told us to go get a Phillips screwdriver and take them off ourselves. We didn't. We were told anytime dining..WRONG. Forced to 8:30 eating with two children. Toilet broken..fixed after seven hours .internet SLOW for $60.00 special last three days...only worked two days and s-l-o-w.

Wheel chair accessible terrible for one member. Debarkinga joke. Wheel chair member sent to dark bar on forth floor. Oops, RC meant Imperial Room on five. Booked tour of San Juan for 7:30 debarking day. Wheel chair people not on duty until 8:00 am. Two people on duty at Service Desk to handle problems that morning. Last count, twenty five people in line with problems.

Won't go into salad dumped on back of member in dining area. Slot machines all broke at 5:30 pm on day at sea...many cruisers had to get dressed up for fancy night. Drinks 12.00, Soda 4.00, nothing free...nickel and dimed to death. Was offered a bottle of wine for compensation. Told them what to do with it.
