This was a spectacular cruise. The line at embarkation was long but went fast and we boarded very easily. This was our first time on a cruise ship so we picked a short cruise but wish we had done a longer one now. The balcony cabin was a decent size for two adults and two teenagers. The split bathrooms with a toilet in one and a shower in the other is a great idea.
Dining was good and we lucked out and had a rotation of Parrot Cay, Tritons and then Animator's Palate so it seemed the dining only got better each night. The buffet lunch was good as well and there was no problem finding a seat. The service at meals and everywhere else on the ship was excellent. I had the opportunity to see a crew member handle a lost child that sought out his help and he was wonderful.
The pools were crowded but I was able to get a lounge chair at the adult pool. The pool water was abnormally warm. I don't like cold water so that isn't a problem but it was hardly even refreshing and was not really even noticeable cooler than the hot tub water.
Loved the split bathroom. Loved the balcony. I spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony looking out at the sea. Bed was comfortable.
We took a horseback ride from a ranch that went up to the top of some hills and had a beautiful view of the entire bay. The guides were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the experience more than I did but that is why we do it anyway.
Did not take an excursion. Embarkation was easy.
