CroisiEurope is fabulous! We are 100% sold! Our first river cruise but not our last. Upon arriving via train from the airport had no problem finding the ship thanks to the map we were provided and just a short walk to ship. Forget the Amsterdam information center unless you enjoy rude people. Do recommend cabin upgrade the French balcony is priceless while enjoying the Rhine scenery. It was always very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was cozy, but clean and served the purpose.

Dining was relaxed and enjoyed every meal, Service was first class. So glad we were all assigned to dining tables thus eliminating any "language issues". Sure our fellow passengers, French and Spanish appreciated this thoughtful touch. The lounge was fabulous in décor, extremely comfortable and elegant. The entire ship was spotless! Evenings were enjoyed in the lounge with music provided by Silverado, dancing, singing and meeting wonderful new friends. Even if you can't speak French or Spanish! Crews entertainment was lots of fun!

Thankfully the ship docked right in town no issue with long walks. While buses were always on time for longer excursions or sightseeing. Ladies, don't miss the diamond factory tour!
