First time with Costa Cruises. The ship and accommodation was magnificent. The entertainment in the theatre and by the Latin dance team was excellent. Room cleaning was good. Bar waiters do not harass you to buy drinks, they ask once and place a napkin on your table to signify to other waiters that you have been dealt with.

However, I thought Costa let themselves down in several ways.
