Best Cruise Ever

Best cruise ever. Been on about ten ocean cruises; this was first river cruise. Ship was immaculate, food was wonderful. Great value for the price. Shore excursion guides were experts on their country and answered all questions. The staff on the ship did not act nice, they were born nice! Best customer service of any vacation. They truly cared that you were happy and took the time to be personable and were unhurried . Will be sailing with Viking again.

Only drawback was the airline flight. Not Viking's fault. Had high school band on flight over that played musical chairs all night and kept jumping around the plane and talking. Budapest airport was not open when we arrived to go home. Disjoined and slow checking in. Would upgrade to a better seat for such a long flight and would schedule a direct flight even if we had to book the airline ourselves and not through Viking.
