We have travelled several times with the Costa. Always with great satisfaction, but this ship is really awful. Crowded with shouting and screaming children. What a terrible noisy and badly runned ship. Everything is concentrated on the Italians, while there are so many different nationalities on board. But that does not count on this ship. Food in the restaurant was not well prepared. The buffet had just an small choice and in the morning there are no eggs at all.

The place arount the swimmingpool is always dirty.

It is a pity that they replaced a lot of serving staff from Philippines and Indonesia by unfriendly Italians. Read more
