Over-the-top service across the board! In decades of travel throughout the world, undoubtedly the best run cruise/travel operator I've ever seen. Simply put, there was nothing to criticise. From the condition of the boat, food, service, shore excursions, included tours; every thing was just perfect. An amazing feat... really!

The staterooms are spotlessly clean as is ever part of the ship. We noticed crew on other ships (the ones handling lines and the actual "running" of the boat) who were dirty, unshaven, and generally rough looking. Uniworld's were clean, we'll groomed and more professional looking. All of our deck chairs and chaise lounges on the upper deck had outdoor Sunbrella type cushions - none of the other boats we saw did. You couldn't turn around without someone offering you a glass of wine or any thing else you might want while cruising on the top deck - or in the dining room. Food was great.
