This was a terrific cruise! We need an accessible cabin and ours was great! Our stewards were polite, kind, and very attentive. The dining room staff were great...always remembering our names and our drinks! Food was terrific, both in the dining room and in the buffet. Service all over the ship was beyond. The staff was always friendly, smiling, ready at all times to help out. Our captain was very friendly, funny, and accessible. The cruise director, Mario, was the best! Any time we docked, the disembarkation went very smooth. We weren't able to dock at 2 of the islands due to weather. The captain kept us appraised on why we couldn't and what they had for us in lieu.
We have cruised on other lines but won't from now on.....only Holland America for us! We are already planning the next cruise.
We met people who became friends. We are in contact with them still!
Cabin Review
Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom
We had an accessible room as husband in wheelchair. The bed was king and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and easy to get around in. The veranda was big and easy to get in and out. Could use a little more storage but it worked.

Disembarked here. Went very smoothly. Took transfer to airport. The driver and volunteers were very helpful!
