The ports were the reason we chose this cruise. But that is the only thing that was worth the trip. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Never have I been more disappointed in the service at every single level of this ship. It started with no help with your luggage when checking in. Lazy lazy people all around with their hands in the their pockets.
Now that the majority of people get the drink packages, they no longer have staff to serve you drinks. Congratulations, you pay 100% up front with tip and now you get SELF SERVICE. And you will wait a long time at the bar for the 1 bartender to make your drink. They are making a killing and the customer is getting screwed.
Every single day the buffet for breakfast and lunch was EXACTLY the same. Exactly the same. And it was not good. Hamburger, hot dog, sad pizza and tacos. The deserts were something you could expect to see on a hospital tray.
Took a taxi to Saphire beach - beautiful place

People there are WONDERFUL!! So nice, educated and very talented. They know the history of the island and are terrific guides. Take a taxi to any beach.
Grab a taxi. The drivers are the BEST, so nice very smart and courteous. Took us to the Hyatt where we went to the beach and rented chairs for $5. It was fabulous!! The sand is like velvet. I will be back Aurba.
No service at the intake on the ship. Sad group of people that run this place.
San Juan is lovely, but the terminal is far away from any of the sites you want to see.
