This cruise along the Danube was filled with lovely experiences with many ports and guided tours. The efficiency of getting to our ship from the airport and to the airport at the end of the trip could not have run any smoother. The cabins were well appointed and comfy. I especially enjoyed the time spent in Budapest, Vienna and Durnstein. I loved having both a guided tour and time to explore on you own in each port. The programs on the ship were outstanding as well as the food and service. This was our second river cruise with Viking. We also took the Paris to Normandy cruise along the Seine. We love cruising with Viking. I can't wait until we take our first ocean cruise in 2018! We are taking the Mediterrean Odyssey trip. I love the itinerary for that trip and am looking forward to seeing how Viking handles the mechanics of larger numbers of people on bigger ships.
