Cabin: French Balcony

Though we have lived and traveled in Europe many times, we had not been to Southern France and wanted to explore that part of Europe. The trip up the Rhone from Avignon to Lyon was just the right choice. Lots of good stops, tours, and travels, and in the meantime living on a really nifty ship with many amenities.

While the trip to the ship is not all that much fun, once you get on board for your week of exploration, one's experience is definitely improved. The cabins are well-laid out and meet one's needs beautifully. The wall-to-wall and ceiling to floor sliding doors give one incredible views of the scenery outside.

The food on board is excellent and the supply of complimentary wine and beer at lunch and dinner is something one cannot resist.

French Balcony

Well done...the French Balcony room was small but adequate. We enjoyed it a lot.
