When discussing our next vacation we decided to visit France. Since we had previously sailed with Viking we decided that a river cruise in the southern part of France would be exactly what we wanted. Having enjoyed our previous cruise through The Netherlands & Belgium we had high expectations for this cruise which went from Lyon to Arles with many stops along the way.

I am happy to say that all our expectations were not only met but greatly exceeded. All of our arrangements were made directly through Viking. Our flight, which had two connections went smoothly. Someone met us at the airport in Lyon and within two hours we were on board the Viking Delling. From that point everything from the friendliness and attentiveness of their entire staff was refreshing. The stops and tours were all exactly what we hoped for. We could not have been more pleased. As you will see I have rated everything as excellent to rate any category less would not be a fair representation of how we felt about our trip.
