We arrived in Amsterdam two days early as we wanted to send time with our previous exchange student and her parents who live in Amsterdam. We enjoyed touring around Amsterdam by bus, by foot and by canal boat. We were met at the airport by Viking staff who directed us to our coach and then to the Movenpick Hotel. On our embarkation day we were picked up promptly at our hotel and delivered to our ship via a Viking bus.

Our ship was beautiful and so was our cabin. We were met with a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room.

Our staff was fantastic. Our was cleaned everyday and checked at least twice a day to make sure we had all the supplies we need. Also the bed was turned down for us every evening. The servers in the dining rooms were very polite and we never wanted for attention. The most important thing was that my wine glass was always full. (LOL) Read more
