Friends had recommended Viking River Cruises.

Everything exceeded expectations. Food, cabin, tours were uniformly excellent. All crew members were attentive. Whenever the slightest inconvenience arose our crew chief, Susie, miraculously appeared on the scene to fix things. On our final departure we had a problem with the airline, but Viking representatives never left our side until everything was resolved. Could never have handled it ourselves, as all negotiations were in French.

We took the three day extension in Nice and Viking people were excellent. Nice is a wonderful place. So sad to hear of their recent tragedy. Highly recommend the evening tour to Monaco. Read more
