was rewarded a free cruise on the Grand Celebration through Royal Seas Cruises to Freeport, Bahamas. Had a terrible customer service experience and was given as little information about the trip as they could. had several hidden charges and like most cruises entertainment is supposed to be free... IT IS NOT on the cruise. the terminal messed up my whole groups payment information and the ships guest services authorized charges the were not signed off on. they had none of the documentation the we had filled out at the terminal. Customer service on the ship was AWFUL!!!! they were rude and ignored us. they blamed all of their screw ups on me and wanted us to pay for contacting our banks when it was their fault all of our information was messed up. went to reserve diner to only find out that only reserves one day... have to set up separate reservations for each night. Also, the size of the rooms on the ship are not as pictured.. and we weren't given enough beds for the amount of people cruising. the only part of the entire trip that we actually enjoyed was the excursion, and the only people that were a joy to encounter are Lyndo (Bartender), Anthony (Guest Services), and Anna Cruz (Asst. Manager Guest Services).
