The overall experience was good. The buffet was overwhelming and not enough seats for everyone plus your food was cold by the time you picked out everything and found a seat. Dinner in the actual restaurants was better. I think it actually took less time to order and receive the meal than it would have to go through the buffet and it was hot at the restaraunts.

The thing that disappointed me the most was we upgraded our cabin and was offered a second promotion and they would not give it to us. I felt they lied to us and our travel agent. Very disappointing. This made an otherwise pleasant cruise to leave a very bitter feeling afterwords. I would get everything is writing with Norwegian before you leave.

The entertainment on board was very good. They made sure if you did not want to go ashore there was something for you to do. 99% of the staff was very helpful.
