Itinerary was for a 13 Day River Cruise that turned into a Bus/River Cruise caused by an engine failure(Mechanical or human error) on the fourth day of the cruise; eliminating 8 days of cruising the Rhine-Danube-Main Canals. cancelled tours, substitute cities, and 3-8 hour bus rides that elderly passengers could not physically endure; instead of leisurely tours with free time to shop & explore from the ship. We were bused to a hotel where the food and accommodation was not comparable with the ship. Instead of packing & unpacking once, the revised itinerary required three . Vantage, after a month, has not offered a reasonable refund in spite of their failure to provide the itinerary that was paid for by the passengers, instead offered a 4 day cruise to France in November instead of a 13 day cruise to ,Germany,Austria, & Hungary(Our contract failed cruise) in July, not including airfare that was wasted on the Cruise/Bus tour.
