We have sailed with Uniworld many times, after trying some of the other river cruise companies out there. Unlike the other companies, every trip with Uniworld has been wonderful. Uniworld exceeds our expectations on every level and just keeps getting better and better. From the moment you step onboard the crew is so welcoming and attentive. The really try to get to know you and provide personal service to each and every guest. Even the dining experience is tailored to individual needs. The ships are always so very clean and well maintained but also so comfortable. It really is like being at home. While the rooms may not be as spacious as on some large ocean cruise ships, they are certainly very adequate and very comfortable with all of the needed amenities. With a much higher guest to crew ration than on the ocean ships, your every need and desire is taken care of and often anticipated before hand. You are really pampered on Uniworld compared to any of the other river cruises, and certainly more so than any of the other ocean cruises, that we have been on.
