Appeared to be a good deal...but never again on this ship.

The service was sloppy in the dining room and the quality of the food was often poor. Several nights we ordered food we didn't get; we would order coffee with dessert but it never arrived.

Some nights there was no "main" entertainment with only games that a few could play on the theater stage.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8A

Food was poor and dining room service was sloppy

Sometimes we didn't even receive the food we ordered

Some nights the only entertainment was silly games that only a few could play

At breakfast in the dining room, we were served a basket of bread that had an partially eaten muffin in the bottom

The pool...kids were allowed to put on five life jackets (legs, arms, head, etc) and jump into the pool - hitting other guests and splashing. This went on all day with no intervention by staff

At disembarkation in Baltimore, we were delayed. Didn't get off ship until 1:00. We understand this may have been unavoidable. However, we were placed in common areas with no food or drink and no way to get them. One person traveling with us was diabetic. Many children were hungry and crying.

Port Reviews

Half Moon Cay

Water was warm; beach was very crowded; if you wanted shade, you of course had to pay for it
