NEVER AGAIN. We paid more for a suite on this ship than the two level suite on Oasis. This suite pales in comparison- as a matter of fact it is the size of- and actually is-a handicap balcony- not suite. The suite amenities include a "mini bar of your choice". No- it is a mini bar of their choice- OK- but an Italian cruise line sailing in Italy has no red or white wine in the mini bar- None! The Balcony was the worst part- This suite should be discounted and sold with a disclaimer- NOT PRIVATE BALCONY. We even had to keep the drapes closed as the neighbors could see in our suite.
We complained and they did nothing. A manager called and asked to meet with me- she did nothing. As a suite guest you also get your meals in the Club on the top deck. Service there varied from painfully slow to perfect.
Food- entertainment and all facilities were average. Nothing spectacular.
Cabin Review
Suite with Balcony
There is no privacy on the balcony- it is in a cut of the ship where the neighbor can see behind the into your cabin as well as the whole balcony. This cabin is really just a handicap balcony. It does have the suite amenities but we got a handicap balcony one on Royal and the cabin was the same size. Pick a different suite.
