My husband and I have taken three other cruises on two other lines. This was our first Celebrity cruise. We were told it was a notch above many other cruise lines, but we didn't see that really. We loved the Equinox, the food was outstanding, the entertainment pretty good, the excursion and transfer we took were great, the cabin service was good except the steward forgot about every other day to stock something...once wash cloths, once toilet paper, once Kleenex, once shampoo. Everything else in our cabin was great. We loved having a balcony. We arrived in ports right on the scheduled times. The waiters in the Murano Restaurant (Olga, Daniel and another gal whose name I can't remember) were SO good at their jobs and did their work with a smile. We really appreciated their good service. Made the meal even better (and the food there was out-of-this-world delicious!) On our visits to the customer relations desk, we were treated great and every question answered with a smile. Good work, Celebrity team!!
