Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah 1B

We travelled with another couple who were experiencing their first celebrity cruise, this was our third. We stayed overnight before the cruise in Rome and had a private transfer to the port. Embarkation was only 15 minutes and we went straight to the buffet restaurant for lunch. There was always plenty of choice of food here for breakfast and lunch. We even ate there two nights to enjoy the lovely Indian curries and Chinese stir fries.

Cabins were ready at 1pm and were immaculate. Ours was on deck 9 with a balcony, lovely.

Our cabin steward was always smiling and kept the cabin immaculate all cruise.

Port Reviews

Mykonos

Easy to walk into town, saw the windmills and the pelican.

Kusadasi

Walked into Kusadasi. Very easy.

Bodrum

This was a surprise. Lovely seaside town. Easy walking.

Naples

Took the ferry which was 5minutes walk from ship to Ischia, which was beautiful.

Santorini

Have been to Santorini before, but would recommend going on shore and taking the ferry to Oia from the dock.

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Stayed overnight. Walked to the Colliseum from hotel. Very hot and busy. Didn't go in.
