Sail Date: Sep 2016

My husband and I just returned (Sept. 2016) from one of Uniworld's European Boutique River Cruises on The River Princess. We were on the Delightful Danube & Prague 10-day cruise. What a wonderful and memorable experience. Previously we had been on 4 ocean cruises. River cruising is a different experience...more personal and intimate. The ship's public and private rooms all are decorated lovely and both were kept very clean. The dining room service and food was top-notch! Breakfast and lunch were buffet style with wonderful presentations and a very wide-range of delicious choices - something for everyone. Dinner was sit-down and equally as delicious. The land tours were very well organized and the tour guides were excellent. If you go on this cruise, skip the Regensburg City Walking Tour - it was uninteresting. Instead, perhaps take the BMW Factory Tour. Most of the entertainment, including the Captain's presentation about the ship and guest lecturers were interesting, information and entertaining. There was only one night in Vienna (Von Trapp singer) that we did not care for. We were thrilled with this cruise experience and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!
