Wanted to see Avignon and Arles and also Monaco and Nice. The food and service were terrific. Was hoping for a more scenic trip, but it is what it is. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We got many good tips where to. Have lunch from the guides. The waiters and bartenders were also extremely attentive and we had a good time with them. I hope more people have the opportunity to travel with Viking. I've made arrangements for our fourth trip for next spring on the Danube and we can't wait.

All the places we visited were easily accessible even for those with mobility problems.

We really enjoyed walking thru all the old towns with their narrow streets and great restaurants. The town squares are really good for people watching and having a cold beer or glass of wine. The side trip to Nice and Monaco were well worth the cost. Great hotels and tour guide.
