This was our second river cruise. We had been to France, Germany, and Austria. Since my Dad was in Nerthlands during World War II, we thought we should visit the Country now. We had a frantastic time. We could not express in words what it is like to walk through Amsterdam. We did arrive on a Long Weekend for the Nerthlands, however, the number of people passing through the City was unbelievable. Dealing with the bicycle paths was the interesting.

The Viking buses collected us at the Airport and delivered us to the ship. The ship was not docked downtown. Viking operated shuttle buses to the centre of town; it was great. The information provided on board was timely and informative. First night we had a meet and greet with Ship's Staff. The food was great. Service and attention to the needs were perfect.

We book our trip for the Fall of 2017. I'm thinking we may do some others in China and South America.

Deluxe Stateroom

Cabin E

You don't spend much time in your room other than to sleep. You are always on deck. Our room was always clean.

Port Reviews

Rotterdam

No excursion was offered, and I don't understand. Rotterdam is the modern City and the major port.
