We had taken a Viking cruise the year before to the South of France and enjoyed it very much. We thought this one sounded like another good choice. We talked good friends into going with us on the second one. It was all wonderful. The room service staff went out of their way to not be in our way while doing the rooms. The dining staff were exceptional, friendly, efficient and delightful. The food was delicious, both in taste and presentation. The tours were informative, interesting and well organized. We also did an extension in Budapest and found the hotel beautiful and again everything was handled easily and professionally.

Both pick-up from the airport and from the hotel to the airport at the end was handled smoothly. The Viking staff in the hotel were helpful about where to visit and where to eat in Budapest. We obviously like Viking very much since we have already booked a Rhine cruise for Spring 2017. We definitely feel that we are getting what we paid for.
