What a relaxing and satisfying way to travel! We enjoyed life on board as much as the cities and the included city tours. The crew on the Alsvin were amazing, from the room steward to the bartenders to the activities director. The food was out of this world, and there were many choices to satisfy anyone's needs.

All in all, we will definitely book another river cruise on Viking. Highlights of the trip included the night sail through Budapest, the Cologne Cathedral, the windmills in Amsterdam and the market in Vienna.

We took a tour of the market with the chef, which only cost the price of the subway, and he was affable and shared many stories about recipes, and how to prepare some favorites. I broke away from the group in Vienna and saw the Spanish Riding School practice session in the morning. It was worth every minute. Thank you for a great experience.

The cabin was comfortable and convenient. The bathroom shower was terrific!
