My father was the 13th man to jump over normandy beach during the D-Day invasion. This trip has a deep personal meaning to me and my family. The history, monuments, museums were all deeply moving to our family. Both my brother and our wives enjoyed a spectacular historical walk back in time that made this a very special event in our lives.

In addition to the travel and historical experience, I must say that the crew on board was nothing short of first rate. Beginning with the activity director to the dining executive, the wait staff and servers were in a class by themselves. While I probably would have rated this trip highly just on the locations and destinations, it was the quality and attention to detail of the cruising staff that took this trip into a 5 star range.

Kudos to everyone associated with this trip - thanks for making this special in so very many ways.
