This was our first River Cruise and we could not have been more pleased. The crew of the Ingvi went out of their way to may this cruise a memorable experience. Because the number of passengers is small, we got to know many of the other passengers and everyone raved about the customer service, food, individual assistance, and daily shore excursions. The entire cruise is very organized. Someone said it is like a Swiss watch times 100. Disembarkation was effortless and all questions were answered before I even had the chance to ask them. I highly recommend this ship and its crew. The daily tours were very historical, with beautiful scenery and knowledgeable tour guides. There was usually plenty of time to tour on our own after the guides part. Special arrangements were made for guests with difficultly keeping up. The food was near gourmet quality and the servers were great. They quickly learned each travelers likes and dislikes and often made recommendations based on that. Every evening the crew held a meeting that explained what to expect the next day and what their recommendations were for that evening meal.
