After an impressive cruise with Royal Princess earlier this year, we were very disappointed with this Ship particularly the Horizon Court buffet layout, quality, choices, and service.

It seems you feel like a bunch of chicken running with their head cut off around a small gated, fenced, and over controlled area. They even tried to charge (adult only) for a hot chocolate at breakfast in Horizon while free in the dining room. We often had to ask for mayonnaise, cookies, butter, and it took so long to appear as you are waiting like a seating duck afraid of going out and having to get back in from the other entrance only.

The so called open seating concept at the ding room, only work with big line up at 530 pm in one location while other open seating options must be booked daily or seemed only available after 715pm. Also, if you want to watch an outdoor movie, good luck in finding a blanket as we counted about 25-30 people that had some provided; the rest were using 3 to 4 pool towels.
