I booked this cruise going to Bahamas leaving on October 16,2016 for my fiancé birthday, it wasn't until we checked in to customs that we were told we were going to Grand Turks only! once in Grand Turks the waves were too strong to do anything, I also paid for the Cheers package couldn't enjoy due to rocking boat. Spoke to several people at carnival all they give me is their policy. You get a penalty if you cancel your cruise but if the cruise line cancel your itinerary and don't inform you until you checking in, there's no penalty and you don't have a choice to reschedule. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Carnival Cruise Line. Carnival knew well in advance the islands were not ready for visitors. I praying someone is looking into the complaints and do the right thing by those of us who felt cheated.
