We chose this cruise for the embarkation port Honolulu and the ports we visited. The ship was repositioning and the time of year was perfect. It was very smooth sailing and the weather was very warm. We have never cruised Carnival Cruise Line before and were pleasantly surprised in a lot of ways but also disappointed in some ways as well.

The service and staff were terrific, we enjoyed the lectures by the visiting experts.

The food in the restaurants was of a very good standard.

Cabin Review

Extended Balcony

Cabin 8K

The cabin was clean and spacious, the TV was very small. The cabin was always cold as I could not regulate the air conditioning or switch it off. We were on deck 8 which is below the pool deck. You could hear the chairs scraping and people running.

Port Reviews

Suva

There is market as soon as you get off the ship, otherwise you are best to get a driver to take you around, we were charged $100 aud for a tour of 4 hrs which was plenty. There are a lot of drivers waiting for passengers to leave the ship. There are also massages and hair braiding and henna tattoos right next to the wharf. We did hear some of the shore excursions were good, others were not too happy.
