The ship was only a year old and was in excellent condition. Cabins were clean and well-appointed and the space was planned well. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent with plenty of choice for the mains, although dessert choices were limited. Dinners were served at table on most nights and were variable, but generally good. There were plenty of free drinks at meals and these were promptly refilled! Service was of a high standard. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. There were plenty of activities and the schedule was highly organised. I was extremely impressed with organisation overall. Everything ran like clockwork. The included guided tours were excellent and very enjoyable. Extra trips were also superb - a wonderful Viennese concert and a visit to a Slovakian family for coffee - and I have already told many friends about these and how enjoyable they were. It felt as though everything possible had been thought of and done to make our trip memorable.
