Cruise was advertised with a mini suite, only five days before we received cabin number. Not a mini suite, a very poor " de luxe" balcony cabin. Not as advertised and sold. Agent blames Pulmantur and flatly refused to accept responsibility even though they advertised and sold product.

Very poor quality cabin, no kettle, air con ineffective, no fridge and orders not to put paper down the toilets.

No stabilisers so very rocky in light waves, entertainment poor, one night just a man blowing fancy bubbles. Read more
