I am particularly disappointed by the Lido deck and the ability of the staff to keep coffee and coffee cups in adequate supply. During the peak of early morning breakfast, the coffee pots would go empty and cups would run out. A sign on the machine instructed people to use a new cup each time.
This was a new ship that was commissioned in spring and the carpet on the stairs was shredding. The floors on the Lido deck dining room were a slipping hazard. The internet was so slow and sketchy and I would like to get my money back. The package that claimed to allow you to use Facebook and banking was too slow to allow it most times. I had to walk around the ship to find a decent signal.
Our room steward (Lawrence) was good.
Cabin was nice. Only 1 electrical outlet.
